Youth Thrive is a research-informed framework developed by the Center for the Study of Social Policy that identifies five Protective and Promotive factors for youth and young adults (age 11-26).
• Youth Resilience
• Social Connections
• Knowledge of Adolescent Development
• Concrete Support in Times of Need
• Cognitive and Social-Emotional Competence
The goal of Youth Thrive is to ensure that all youth are supported in ways that advance healthy development and well-being while reducing the impact of negative life experiences.
We are excited to be facilitating a Youth Thrive training on September 27th, September 28th and September 29th from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm at the St. Peters Church in Lyndonville, VT. There is no cost to attend this training. Coffee, refreshments and snacks will be provided, however, lunch will be on your own. In addition to the training, you will receive a Youth Thrive manual to take with you to use as a reference guide.
