Catamount Arts Frozen and Alone Viewing

Special thanks to Catamount Arts and those who attended our January 5th showing of NEKYS documentary, Frozen and Alone – Created by youth, NEKYS staff, and volunteers. This eye opening documentary was viewed by an almost full house. In attendance were 2 volunteers from the Saint Johnsbury Warming Shelter whom spoke to the audience and answered questions during our following discussion group. The film generated numerous questions and interest in understanding the issues of surrounding homelessness. Information was provided to those interested in volunteering at the Warming Shelter. Frozen and Alone can be viewed at www.nekys.org and was made possible through a grant from the Center for Health and Learning.
